Family Portraits | Pennsylvania Family Photographer

I adore fall and the color in the trees the afternoon of this family’s portrait session did not disappoint. It wasn’t too cold and we had great light – a perfect day.

I loved watching these guys just being themselves. Such easy smiles and laughter…it was fun to be around them.

And no family picture would be complete without Lizzy (front and center, below).  She was adorable and well behaved, yet (as it turned out) absolutely terrified of the camera shutter’s “click”.  I got this one good picture before she realized the camera was responsible for the odd sound and quickly ducked out of sight. It was comical watching her trying to hide from the camera and even funnier watching how tickled the family got as she wedged herself behind them.

Just look at the color in the trees…have I said that I love fall?
