All sessions include your photo shoot, a pre-session phone consultation, time and talent of your photographer and artistic editing of your images. 25-35 edited proofs (10-15 for mini-sessions) will be loaded to a password protected gallery for ordering. Session fee does not include prints, products or digital images.

Within 2-3 weeks of your session, you will receive a link to your private proofing gallery. Your gallery will be viewable for 7 days during which you may choose from our wide variety of digital images, prints, products, and collections and even personalized mobile apps.

Booking details + payment options

Your session fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Please note that your session fee does not include prints, products or digital images and covers the time and talent of your photographer only. All orders must be placed prior to gallery expiration.

Payment may be made by cash, personal check, PayPal or credit card. Payment plans/layaway are available. Choose any combination of our offerings to meet your specific needs.

Question :: When should I book my session?

Answer :: Family and child sessions can be booked at any time. We recommend that you book your maternity and newborn sessions at the beginning of your second trimester.

Question :: What products are available for purchase?

Answer :: We offer digital images, mobile apps, desktop prints, wall art, canvases, layflat coffee table albums, mini-accordion albums, custom storyboards and personalized keepsake boxes.

Question :: Do digital images come with a print release?

Answer :: Yes, all purchased digital images come with a print release that provides permission for you to make prints/products of your digital images for your personal use.

Question :: Can digital images be shared on social media?

Answer :: Of course! All purchased digital images may be shared, posted and tweeted as you wish!

Question :: Are gift certificates available for purchase?

Answer :: Yes! We offer gift certificates in any amount, tastefully packaged and ready for presentation.

Question :: Do you have a referral program?

Answer :: Yes! Each time a client referred by you books a session, you will receive a $50 print/product credit.

Question :: How much are your shipping and handling fees?

Answer :: If you elect not to stop by the studio to pick up your order, most orders can be shipped for a $12 flat rate. Additional fees will apply to oversized orders.

Question :: Are your digital images really high resolution?

Answer :: Yes, we offer full resolution images in color and black+white that typically print to 30x40 inches. In rare cases we may provide a close-up that has been cropped, but will still be printable as an 8x10 or larger. For those clients who desire to print up to 8x10, we also provide a special digital collection just for them!
